Tantel Ramas - Chief Executive Officer

Tantel Ramas' great grandfather fought in the Caldari-Gallente war as a pilot for the Gallente Navy, after being stationed on Caldari Prime he met his wife Aroura Nasirim, a Caldari woman who did not leave with the Caldari evacuation.

Tantel's father Jorik Ramas moved his family back to Gallente prime when Tantel was eleven where he met his good friend Davan Sarn. Davan and Tantel had enlisted in the Gallente Navy, but shortly after, Tantel received some shares in a Caldari corporation as part of an inheritance. He and Davan each left the Navy full time opting instead for reserve status, and used the money from the stocks, and a few other sources, to start their own company: Ramas-Sarn Shipping.

Ardon Gareau - Director

Son of a Gallente shipping baron, Ardon Gareau was born in 23319 on Gallente Prime and raised to someday helm the family business. Rather than follow his father's prescribed route in life, Ardon absconded with a small fortune taken from company coffers.

At the age of 17 Ardon enrolled in the Federal naval Academy, special forces. The elder Gareau used his influence to track his son, but Ardon's status in the Navy protected him from prosecution. During his years with the Navy he met his best friends Tantel Ramas and Davan Sarn. When Ramas and Sarn left the Navy, Ardon enlisted for another year, hoping to further distance himself from his father. After the extra year of service, he joined the Naval reserves and reunited with his friend Ramas in a new business venture, Chasm City Syndicate, along with the recently-returned Sarn.

Most recently, Ardon has been adapting to the rigors of life as a private corp capsuleer and working on his elite combat drone control certification.

Davan Sarn - Creative Director

Davan Sarn was born in 23319 A.D. to Tagart and Marda Sarn, Gallentean shipwrights living on Gallente Prime. The Sarns worked for the Gallente Federal Navy for quite some time before moving their shipwrighting business to the private sector, where they were met with much success. In 23330 A.D. Davan met his close friend Tantel Ramas, the son of a Gallente man and a Caldari woman, who had just relocated with his family from Caldari Prime. In early 23341, Davan and Tantel joined the Federal Naval Academy and became special forces capsuleers.

After a few years in the Federal Navy, Davan resigned to start a life in the private sector, the Gallente blood flowing through his veins made it impossible for him to resist the temptation of the entreprenurial lifestyle. Davan founded Ramas-Sarn Shipping in partnership with Tantel. Shortly after forming the corporation, Davan turned over control to Tantel, naming him CEO. Davan decided he much rather prefered actual freight runs over bossing people around. Tantel took the corp in a good direction and they made a steady profit. Things would change.

Later that year, Ramas-Sarn was re-structured into Chasm City Syndicate after Ardon Gareau joined the company as a partner. Ardon had been in the Gallente Special Forces with Davan and Tantel. Chasm City Syndicate was named after the former two's hometown on Gallente Prime. They molded the corp into a agile business specializing in Salvaging, Shipping and Special Ops, specifically high-risk Salvaging and shipping.
